This is the first time I have actually bought a steam cleaner rather than renting one and I never though it would be possible to own one for this price which does as good a job as the professional cleaners out there. I have a few pets in my house and after a mornings work the smell is gone from my home and so are the stains. An A1 cleaner. So far I have been very happy with my new Hoover F5914-900 Steam Vac. On the worst area of flooring I had it did as well as any other commercial equivalent I have used in the past. It still isn't easy work and you will have to go over some stains and dirt marks again but you have to with the pro cleaners as well so I certainly wouldn't say that this was a downside by any means.
