The Bissell steam mop has to be the best Bissell steam cleaner around in their range today. It has been designed specifically for use with hard surface floors using just water, there are no expensive cleaners or chemicals needed to have this working and cleaning to the best of it's ability.
Once you are ready to clean, the Bissell steam mop can be turned on and ready to use within 30 seconds, steam is dispensed on demand in a similar way to an iron when you press the leaver. The mop removes hardened dirt and grime from the hard floor, if you are cleaning a very messy area then you may need to hold of the steam mop over the area for a few seconds to achieve maximum effect. You can clean for up to 15 minutes before having to stop momentarily to refill the water tank but by that time you will find you have managed to clean most of the area anyway.

I’ve personally owned this Bissell Steam cleaner model now for over a year and I have used it that much I think I have wore wholes in the microfiber pads.
I’m a very big fan of this model and was sad to hear that Bissell would be stopping it. Evenso there are still great deals to be had on the net and I will still replace my current model with the same again if I can get one.

This is a lightweight cleaning tool and for me it was just OK. If you have a lot of pets or a larger amount of filth then I wouldn’t recoomend this product to you but if you want it for lighter cleaning jobs then it’s great.
It’s a well made and durable machine with lots of great features, it is certainly good for movability around the home but for me it just wasn’t enough.

The Bissell Steam Mop certainly did the job for me, I was able to clean my hard flooring for the whole of my downstairs in around 30 minutes flat with no hastle.

I was mopping my floor, and all of a sudden my cat leaped in front of it, too quick for me to stop. Next thing I knew there was a small explosion and a smell of burnt hair.
